HIGH PERFORMANCE GUARANTEED
Listed below are the unique product and service offerings, which are
provided by Ultracom. No one else comes close to our guarantees. They
are known as The Ultracom Difference.
MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE
In an emergency situation for all of our maintenance and/or warranty
customers, Ultracom guarantees a two hour response time or the
customer is credited 10% towards their next purchase at that same
location.
In a non-emergency situation, Ultracom guarantees its onsite
twenty-four hour response time or the customer is credited 10% towards
their next purchase at that same location.
Ultracom guarantees to complete any request for parts or labor within
seven business days or the customer receives a 10% discount on that
order.
PRICE PROTECTION GUARANTEE
Ultracom guarantees that the price of new component parts, including
telephones, will never increase as long as the customer chooses to use
a system purchased from and maintained by Ultracom.
LIGHTNING PROTECTION GUARANTEE
Ultracom guarantees “no cost” repairs to a customer’s telephone system
if it has been damaged by lightning, so long as the system is covered
under Ultracom’s (optional) lightning protection maintenance
agreement.
OBSOLESCENCE GUARANTEE
Ultracom guarantees the trade-in price on a customer’s equipment if it
was purchased from Ultracom, maintained by Ultracom and traded in on a
new Ultracom system.
GUARANTEE OF MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
Ultracom guarantees that a customer’s maintenance contract will never
be cancelled by Ultracom for any reason other than nonpayment.
The last thing you need is a computer or telephone system that threatens
you or provides only a fraction of its capabilities. We make sure our
systems are intrinsically easy to use and are designed with you in
mind. However, we recognize that to achieve universal user acceptance
and competence, a structured and ongoing training program is required.
